What does the different order status mean?

  • Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged, and we are awaiting payment gateway authorization.
  • Payment Authorised, Order in Processing: Authorization from the payment gateway has been received, and your order is being processed by the seller.
  • COD Verification Pending: We have received your order, but it will not be processed until a verification call is made to your number and you confirm the COD order.
  • Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the delivery address you specified.
  • Cancelled Order: The order was cancelled.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

When your order is logged and payment authorization is received, the seller confirms receipt and begins processing it.

When the seller receives and confirms your order, you will receive an email with the details. In this email, you will be given a unique Order ID, a list of the item(s) you ordered, and an estimated dispatch or delivery time.

You will also be notified when your item(s) are shipped. Shipping information will be provided along with the tracking number (s).

Can I order a 'Sold Out' product?

Unfortunately, products marked 'Sold Out' are no longer available for purchase. Please use the 'Notify Me' feature to be notified when the product becomes available.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

In the 'My Account' section, you can check the status of your orders and other related information.

To view the status of all your orders, go to the My Account page and click the 'My Orders' link. Click on the 'Order Number' link to view the status of a specific order.

How do I use a credit/debit card to pay?

Credit Cards

We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You will need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number to pay with your credit card at checkout (found on the backside of your card). You will be redirected to the bank's page to enter the online 3D Secure password after entering these details.


Debit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards as payment.

You will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number to pay with your debit card at the checkout (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page, where you will enter your online password (provided by your bank).
