• Orders that have been dispatched are not cancellable.
• Special offers or discount vouchers are only aimed for one-time usage and will be considered used even if you cancel your order.

Return and Refund Policy

• Because of the hygiene/health and consumable nature of the product, AFN Nutritional products are non-returnable.
• If you received a damaged/tampered or wrong product, please email info@athleteformulanutrition.in within 24 hours of order delivery with the unboxing video and images of the Product, Invoice, Internal & The outside Packaging, and Batch Number. We would need 48-72 hours to respond.
• Please do not consume the product which you have made a complaint for the time being.
• Please do not accept the shipment if it has been tampered with or the seal is broken.
• If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, please reach out to our customer service team. We'll either process the refund (in the form of a voucher code/AFN credit coins) or resend the order, depending on the availability.

Payment Policy

• To make your purchase, you can use credit/debit cards, Internet Banking, or cash on delivery.
• If the amount has been debited from your account but you've not received notification from us, call the customer support staff and provide the following information:

1. Transaction information/email address/phone number
2. Complete the information about the product that you ordered
3. Total Amount debited from your bank account

We've acknowledged that, while the majority of our clients have legitimate concerns and valid complaints, and we go to extreme measures to ensure a positive user experience, some accounts/users take full advantage of our generous return/exchange policies. These accounts usually return the products, keep refusing to accept our shipments, or demand cashback for concerns for which we are not responsible, depleting our regular/genuine customers of support. As a result, in order to protect our customers' privileges, our support team reserves the right to evaluate, judge, and then take the appropriate action at their oversight.
